The Cove Lake State Park Knap-In is a primitive skills festival held at Cove Lake State Park in Caryville, Tennessee. The festival is hosted by Tanasi Bows and Cove Lake State Park, and is held every year during the third weekend in October. This event is free and open to the public. The Cove Lake State Park Knap-In features vendors selling a large variety of flint-knapping materials and tools. There are also primitive skills demonstrations, such as atlatl throwing, pottery, cordage, fire making, and more.
The 10th Annual Cove Lake State Park Knap-In and primitive skills festival will be held October 18th, 19th, and 20th of 2019.
